• Do you accept custom work?

Yes, but very few. I accept custom work as long as it is based on one of my designs, where stones or some aspect or detail may vary. I can also refuse orders if they belong to another artist or are beyond the scope of my materials and techniques.

• Do you work with clients' stones?

From experience, no. They can deteriorate due to poor packing or even get lost, so I cannot take responsibility.

• Do the chains come with the jewelry? How long are they?

The chain is not included with the jewelry unless the product description mentions that it comes with a chain. Generally, I use 45 cm chains.

• Do you reserve jewelry?

No, I usually work with collections or small stocks, which are announced before their release. This ensures fairness for everyone at the time of purchase.

• How is the shipping process?

I ship worldwide via DHL. From the day of purchase, the package is sent the next business day.

• How long does it take to make a custom order?

Generally, 3 to 4 weeks.

• Do you do jewelry repairs? What is the cost?

No, only if it is one of my pieces that has a "manufacturing error or technical failure" I can repair it without any problem. The cost is only for shipping, which is paid by the customer.

What if a stone or a part of the jewelry breaks, or if the packaging is damaged? Can I return the product?

Skog is not responsible for interventions, damages due to misuse, pressure, drops, or any other similar cause, as it is solely the customer's responsibility to take proper care. Returns are not accepted. If the product shows packaging defects, it is the responsibility of the shipping company.
