Purchasing any Skog product constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. It is assumed that by making a purchase, the customer agrees to the following points:

Skog provides as much information as possible about each product, including descriptions, dimensions, and sizes. As I do not accept returns of purchases/products, please ensure you read thoroughly about the product before purchasing. If any questions arise, feel free to contact me.

Skog is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged package, contact me immediately to start the claims process. If time passes and you do not notify me, the shipping company will not offer compensation. If you have not received your package, contact me and we will file a report to find a solution.

If the provided address is incorrect, there is no refund or replacement of the product. In case the product is returned, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the new shipping costs.

Repairs are only for technical or manufacturing defects and exclude repairs due to misuse by the user. The buyer must cover shipping costs in both directions. Only Skog jewelry can be repaired.

Shipments are made through DHL. Customs payments or external fees are not Skog's responsibility. Your product is reserved only once the payment is made.
